Privacy Policy

We collect the following personal data: account data (name and email); recordings and videos uploaded to the platform, including metadata such as date, court, score, and results; IP address, browser type, operating system, and access logs for security purposes; and payment data processed directly by Stripe (ScoreClick does not store full card data). When the YouTube integration is connected, we collect the access tokens required for the operation you authorized.

We use personal data to: provide and operate the replay, streaming, and scoreboard platform; manage the club and its members' accounts; provide user support; maintain platform security and integrity; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional and operational communications; and, with consent, marketing communications.

Data processing is based on the following LGPD hypotheses: performance of a contract (delivering the requested service); compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation; legitimate interest of ScoreClick for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement; and consent, for marketing communications and optional cookies.

ScoreClick does not sell personal data. We share data strictly with: infrastructure and storage providers (Backblaze B2) to host videos; payment processors (Stripe) to manage subscriptions and credits; email providers (SMTP) to send transactional communications; and, optionally, YouTube when you connect your channel for live streams. These third parties receive only the data needed to perform the contracted function and are obliged to protect it.

We keep personal data while the account is active and there is a contractual relationship with you. After the account is closed, we retain the data for the period required to comply with legal, tax, and statutory limitation obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it securely.

You may exercise at any time the rights set forth in art. 18 of the LGPD, including: confirmation of processing; access to data; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; and revocation of consent. We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including: HTTPS transmission; bcrypt password hashing; club-based access control; monitoring for suspicious activity; and restricted employee access strictly on a need-to-know basis. Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure, so please take care when sharing your credentials.

The platform uses essential cookies for service operation, such as session, authentication, and language preference cookies. If we begin using analytics or marketing cookies, we will request prior consent in compliance with the LGPD.
