Terms of Use

By accessing, creating an account, or using the ScoreClick platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the platform.

To use the platform's features, you must create an account with true, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities performed under your account. Clubs can be configured as public (accessible to any visitor) or private (access restricted to members approved by the club's administrators).

You retain ownership of the videos, recordings, and any other content you upload to the platform. By uploading, you grant ScoreClick a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and technically edit (trim, transitions, thumbnail generation) such content, solely for the operation of the platform and the club to which the content is linked. You represent that you hold all necessary rights over the uploaded content or have obtained the required authorizations.

ScoreClick uses third-party services to operate the platform, including object storage providers (Backblaze B2) for videos, payment processors (Stripe) for subscriptions and credit packs, email providers (SMTP) for transactional communications, and, optionally, the YouTube integration for live streams and recordings. By connecting your YouTube channel, you represent that you are the channel owner or are otherwise authorized to manage it.

The platform optionally offers the ScoreClick Premium plan, billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, and one-time credit packs used to access additional features (such as live streaming). Prices and conditions for each offer are presented before purchase. One-time credits, once consumed, are non-refundable. You may cancel the Premium subscription at any time, with effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You must not use the platform to: upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of third parties; violate image, intellectual property, or privacy rights of others; perform activities that compromise the security or performance of the platform; attempt to access restricted areas without authorization; or use the platform for fraudulent purposes. Such conduct may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of the account.

ScoreClick may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or restrict access of users who violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable law, or the rules of the club, with notice whenever possible.

The brand, name, logo, software, layouts, code, templates, and other elements of the platform are owned by ScoreClick or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify such elements without prior written authorization.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". ScoreClick does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreClick shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or any other damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the platform.

These Terms may be amended at any time to reflect changes to the product or to applicable law. Changes will be notified to the email on file and/or via in-app notice, indicating the new effective date. Continued use of the platform after such notice indicates acceptance of the new version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the City of Itajaí, State of Santa Catarina, are elected to resolve any disputes, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
